Research Topics

Research and experimentation activities are divided into five thematic strands:

1) Relationships between Agriculture and Environment;
2) Promotion of Local Resources;
3) Support for Agri-food Production and for the Diversification of Agricultural Income;
4) Technical Innovation;
5) Crop Protection and Fight Against Defects in Agri-food Production.

In addition to the above, there are two more areas of activity that, though not falling under the scope of research or experimentation in the strictest sense, significantly involve the Institut’s resources: the Collection of Genetic Resources and Technology Transfer.
